4人以下のお客様はご予約いただかなくてもご来館いただけます。
複数の日にちを予約されたい場合は「備考」へ、以下の情報をお書きください。

大樋美術館へのご来館予約は、下記メールフォームにて承っております。

Please make reservations in advance for 5 or more guests using the form below.
Visitors with less than 4 people can visit the museum without a reservation.
If you wish to make reservations for multiple dates, please include the following information in the “Remarks” section.
Date of visit, Preferred time, Number of people, Type of use (A.B.C)

To make a reservation to visit the Ohi Museum, please use the e-mail form below.

* 美術館への入館料金は一人700円です。20名様以上の団体で、一人600円です。
お抹茶を追加する場合一人800円追加です。（お茶は団体料金はございません）

* お客様用駐車場は1台分しかございません。予約はできません。あいていればお使いください。中型や大型バスの場合は、美術館の前で回送し、近く兼六駐車場などの大型バスが停車できるところにバスを迂回お願いします。
* 前日のキャンセルはご予約されている人数分の料金の50%をいただきます。当日のキャンセルは100%となりますのでご了承ください。
（キャンセルは9:00-15:00の間にお知らせください）
* 予約されたあとの、予約内容の変更は基本的にメールでお願いします。
* 旅行代理店を通じた予約は、代理店からのご連絡をお願いします。（添乗員様と旅行代理店様が同じ予約に対して変更をかけられる場合があり、混乱しますので、窓口を1つにしてください）
* 予約当日の急な変更などは添乗員様からのご連絡でも大丈夫です。
* 美術館は土足厳禁ですので、スリッパでおあがりください。美術館内の撮影はご遠慮いただいております。

* Admission fee is 700 yen per person. For groups of 20 or more, it is 600 yen per person.
If you add matcha tea, it is 800 yen plus per person. (There is no group rate for tea) For other fee details, please see below.

* There is only one parking space for standard size car for customers at Ohi museum. Reservations are not possible. Please use it if it is available.
For medium-sized or large buses, please drop off customers in front of the muscum and then redirect the bus to a nearby parking lot such as Kenrokt Parking Lot where large buses can stop.
* If you cancel the day before, 50% of the fee for the number of people reserved will be charged. Please note that cancellations on the day Obi museum will charge you 100% of the fee. (Please let us know the cancelation between 9:00 and 15:00.)
* After making a reservation, please generally make any changes to the reservation by email.
* If you made a reservation through a travel agency, please have the agency contact us. (Please note that there may be cases where the tour conductor and the travel agency make changes to the same reservation, which can cause confusion, so please have a single point of contact.)
* It is okay for the tour conductor to contact us about sudden changes on the day of the reservation.
* Shoes are prohibited inside the museum, so please wear slippers.
* Please refrain from taking photographs inside the museum.
